Facebook Developer Circle: Dhaka organised Hack Day at the Independent University in the city yesterday (Saturday), said a press release.
As with other countries in the world, the Hack Day was organised for the first time in Bangladesh.
On the hack day, 100 developers used Facebook technologies to create solutions for developers that improved their coding skills and helped them to be more productive coders.
Lead of Facebook Developer Circle: Dhaka Arif Nezami said, “Facebook Community Challenge: Hack Day is one of the best and sophisticated programmes for Bangladeshi developers and there are a lot of opportunities to work on. Whatever participants have built, Developer Circle Dhaka will connect them to collaborate, learn, and code with other local developers.”
The developers came up with different innovative solutions that will be reviewed by the Facebook judging team and the winners will get USD165,000.
