Walton has declared its ‘Digital Campaign Season-15' for the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha.
Under the campaign, the Bangladeshi electronics giant announces a cash-back offer of up to Tk 2.0 million for the buyers of its fridge, television, air conditioner, washing machine, microwave oven, blender, gas stove, fan and rice cooker.
During the campaign, customers have a chance to get free products that include Walton brand refrigerator, TV, AC, washing machine, mobile phone, microwave oven, blender, gas stove, rice cooker, fan, iron, LED bulb, extension socket etc.
The declaration of Digital Campaign Season-15 was made at a programme held at Walton Corporate Office in the capital on Sunday, according to a press release.
Customers can get the benefits from all Walton plazas, showrooms or online platform ‘E-plaza’ until further notice.
Walton officials informed that they have a digital registration system for preserving the contact details of the customers. They notify the customers about the amount of the cash-back or free product offer through SMS to cell phone numbers.
They said the digital registration system would help the customers to get service across the country even after losing the warranty cards.
