DSE arranges 2-day training on IPO processes

The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) is going to organise a two-day training programme on “Initial Public Offerings: Processes & Procedures” with a fee of Tk 2,000.

According DSE website information, the training programme will be held on October 29-30 at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm.

Interested participants are requested to contact with DSE Training Academy for registration and further information.

Participants will be registered on ‘first come-first served’ basis as seats are limited.

Overview of ‘Public Offering Processes & Procedures’ will be discussed in the inaugural session, according to the DSE Training Academy.

During the second session of the opening day, participants will be privileged with the trainings about IPO process and role of issue manager or underwriter or registrar to the issue in IPO management.

On the second day, participants, through the training, will be accustomed with the direct listing, prospectus and its requirements, application & allotment of shares and IPO application process.

The premier bourse also arranged training program on “Portfolio Management & Security Analysis, scheduled to be held on November 15 to November 30 at 3:00 pm-6:00 pm.

The DSE will also hold “Investors’ Awareness Program” on October 21 (Saturday) at 10:00 am to 4:30 pm.
