127th Audit Committee meeting of Board of Directors of Standard Islami Bank held

The 127^th meeting of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Standard IslamiBank PLC was held on April 27, 2026, at the bank’s Boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka.

Chairman of the committee Khondoker Rumy Ehsanul Huq presided over the meeting, according to a media release. 

The meeting was attended by the members of the committee Gulzar Ahmed, S.A.M. Hossain and Golam Hafiz Ahmed.

Md. Sharafat Ullah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC. & Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank attended the meeting.

Md. Siddiqur Rahman, Managing Director (Acting); Md. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretary, and Md. Syejuddin Ahmmed, Head of ICC Division were also present in the meeting.
