The 26th Annual General Meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held on a virtual platform on August 19, 2025. Mr. A K M Monirul Hoque, Chairman of the Company presided over the meeting.
He highlighted the Company’s success and future planning. Vice-Chairman Mr. Zobair Humayun Khandaker, Director Mrs. Naeema Hoque, Mr. Mahmudul Hoque Shamim, Director Mrs Nazme Ara Husain, Mr. Md. Murad Hossain, Independent Directors Mr. Md. Mamunur Rashid, FCMA & Md. Shoharab Ali Khan, FCMA, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mr. S. M. Mahbubul Karim, CFO Mr. Md. Altaf Hossain and Head of Internal Audit & Compliance Mr. Md. Liakat Hossen FCMA were present in the meeting. Company Secretary Md. Mijanur Rahman FCS of Nitol Insurance Co. Ltd. conducted the meeting.
The meeting approved 10% (5% Cash & 5% Stock) Dividend for the year 2024. A considerable number of shareholders were present in the virtual meeting and took part in the discussion.
