392nd board meeting of Shahjalal Islami Bank held

The 392nd meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on 19th March 2025 at Corporate Head Office of the bank.

The meeting was presided over by the Chairman Mr. A. K. Azad. The Board approved a number of investment proposals, according to a press release. 

Among others, the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mr. Mohammed Younus & Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed, the Directors of the bank Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, Mr. Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Mr. Md. Abdul Barek, Mr. Abdul Halim, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Mr. Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mrs. Jabun Nahar, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Directors Mr. Ekramul Haque, Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed & Mr. Md. Reazul Karim were present in the meeting.

Besides, the Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary (Temporary Charge) of the bank Mr. A. H. M. Ashraf Uddin were also present in the meeting.
