Bank Asia, CPDL sign MoU to facilitate home loan services for apartment buyers

Bank Asia PLC and CA Property Development Limited (CPDL) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to provide convenient and attractive home loan facilities to prospective apartment buyers of CPDL projects.

The partnership will also include joint marketing initiatives, customer engagement programs and promotional activities, according to a press release.

In presence of Engr. Iftekhar Hosen, President & Managing Director of CPDL, signed the MoU with Mr Kayesh Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director & Chattogram Zonal Head of Bank Asia and Mr. G. M. Farhad Sarwar, Chief Relationship Officer of CPDL, in a program at Chattogram on 11 June, 2026.

Among others, from Bank Asia Mr. Md. Zahed Chowdhury, Executive Vice President & Head of Assets, Retail Banking Division and Mr. A. H. M. Shahidullah, Assistant Vice President, Chattogram Zonal Office and from CPDL Mr. Md. Khairuzzaman Joarder, Chief Commercial Officer and Mr. Ranjit Bhattacharjee, Head of Sales, Property Solution, were present at the signing ceremony.

The partnership is expected to simplify access to home financing and help fulfill the aspirations of individuals and families seeking quality housing solutions.

The collaboration will further strengthen the relationship between the two institutions while contributing to the growth of Bangladesh’s housing and financial services sectors.
