Commercial Bank of Ceylon signs MoU with Saimon Holidays

Commercial Bank of Ceylon PLC has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saimon Holidays to offer discounts on selected holiday packages for its cardholders, according to a media release Sunday.

Haily Algewatte, deputy chief executive officer and chief operating officer of Commercial Bank of Ceylon, and Muhammad Wazirul Alam, executive director of Saimon Group, recently signed the MoU at the bank's head office in Dhaka.

Under the agreement, holders of CBC VISA debit and credit cards will enjoy discounts of up to 10 per cent on holiday packages offered by Sri Lankan Holidays and Druk Air Holidays.

Senior officials of both organisations were present at the signing ceremony.
