Community Bank Bangladesh Limited (CBBL) has recently won Emerging Asia Banking Award.
Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) presented the award to the bank on July 8, says a press release issued by the CBBL.
The bank was recognised in three significant categories, solidifying its position as a key player in the region.
The categories are: Best Bangladeshi Bank Performance on Asset Quality, Best Bangladeshi Bank Performance on CASA, and Best Bangladeshi Bank Performance on Risk Management.
Being fairly new in the banking industry, Community Bank got faster CASA growth, processes strong governance and minimum NPL.
Through this award, the diligent steps in the growth and spread of Emerging Asian Banking is recognised and rewarded, adds the press release.
