Memorial to honour former minister Abdullah Al Noman on June 27

A memorial event, scheduled for Friday (June 27), has been organised by the Abdullah Al Noman National Memorial Committee to honour the legacy of the late Abdullah Al Noman, a highly respected politician and former Minister of Fisheries, Livestock, and Environment, says a media statement.

The event will take place at 3:00 pm at the Abdus Salam Auditorium of the National Press Club, where distinguished guests will pay tribute to the life and contributions of Mr Noman, a prominent political figure in Bangladesh.

To ensure the successful organisation of the event, a 45-member citizens’ committee has been formed. Syed Mahmudul Huq, Chairman of the Bangladesh Shrimp and Fish Foundation, serves as the Convenor, while Chinmoy Mutsuddi, a senior journalist, has been named the Member Secretary.
