Modhumoti Bank PLC signed an MoU with IFAD Motors Limited on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the Bank’s Head Office, Gulshan, Dhaka.
In the presence of Mr. Md. Shafiul Azam, Managing Director & CEO of Modhumoti Bank, Mr. Arab Fazlur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director & Chief Business Officer of Modhumoti Bank and Mr. Muidur Rahman Tanvir, Head of Business, IFAD Motors Limited, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
Among others, high officials of both the organisations were present.
Under this agreement, Modhumoti Bank Credit Card Holders will enjoy up to 24 Months EMI facility while purchasing the world-renowned Royal Enfield motorcycles from IFAD Motors Limited, according to a press release.
