NRBC Bank PLC has handed over a cheque amounting to BDT 70,574,420 (Taka Seven Crore Five lakh Seventy-Four Thousand Four Hundred Twenty only) to Bangladesh Bank as part of the initiatives undertaken in line with Bangladesh Bank’s directives on the formation and operation of Bangladesh Startup Investment Company PLC.
Recently, the cheque was handed over by the Managing Director & CEO of NRBC Bank PLC, Dr. Md. Touhidul Alam Khan, to Mr. Nawshad Mustafa, Director of the SME & Special Programmes Department (SMESPD) of Bangladesh Bank, according to a media release.
On the occasion, Mr. Tanusree Mitra, Head of Credit Management Division, and Mr. Sk. Ahsanul Haque, Head of SME Financing Division of NRBC Bank PLC, were also present.
