Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. is celebrating its 38th founding anniversary by organising a month-long fair from April 1 to April 30, 2026.
The inauguration ceremony was held today (Wednesday) at Sheltech Tower in West Panthapath. The event was graced by Sheltech management personnel along with other senior officials, according to a media release.
The fair will be held simultaneously at Sheltech's Dhaka Corporate Office, Tejgaon Sales Office, Jolshiri, and Chattogram office, operating daily from 10 AM to 6 PM, including Fridays.
A special offer of up to BDT 25 lakh is available on property bookings, along with complimentary kitchen cabinet and interior design solutions.
Additionally, Sheltech has launched “Sheltech Service Month 2026” throughout April for the first time.
Under this initiative, maintenance services, including general maintenance, repair works, and technical inspections, will be provided to all apartment and commercial space owners of Sheltech’s delivered projects from 1988 to 2026.
From now on, this initiative will be held every year, the release adds.
