Union Bank PLC holds its 49th meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors

The 49th board meeting of the newly formed Board of the Directors of Union Bank PLC was held at the bank’s Head Office, Gulshan-1, Dhaka on Sunday.

Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the bank Mr Md Fariduddin Ahmed presided over the meeting.

Chairman of the Board Risk Management Committee Mr Md Humayun Kabir, Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA, Independent Directors Dr Md Shahidul Islam Zahid, Mr Mohammad Saiful Alam and Managing Director & CEO of the bankMr. Mohd. Humayun Kabir were present in the meeting.

Deputy Managing Directors Mr Mohammad Iqbal and Mr Mizanur Rahman attended the meeting on the occasion.

In the meeting, the attendees discussed in detail the bank deposits, investment, foreign trade, expatriate income and various ongoing issues and expressed thanks for the trust of the people at all levels in Union Bank.
