VAT office open on April 12-15 on limited scale

VAT (value added tax) circle offices will remain open from April 12 to April 15, 2020 on limited scale for facilitating submission of VAT returns during the ongoing general holidays.

The National Board of Revenue (NBR) issued a circular to this effect on Friday (April 10).

According to the VAT law, it is mandatory for submission of VAT returns by 15th of every month, the circular said.
