At least 10 dead, 30 injured at actor-politician Vijay's rally, the Times of India reports

At least 10 people are dead, including three children, and 30 have been injured in Tamil actor and political leader Vijay's rally, The Times of India reported on Saturday, citing India's Tamil Nadu Health minister Ma Subramanian.
