Interactive Cares concludes IDEA INNOVATION 5.0: Rebuild Bangladesh through innovation

Interactive Cares, one of Bangladesh's leading youth upskilling and development platforms, has successfully concluded the fifth edition of its flagship competition, IDEA INNOVATION 5.0. This year, the event carried the theme "Rebuild Bangladesh Through Innovation," focusing on empowering young talents to develop practical, impactful solutions that contribute to the nation's betterment. Nearly 250 teams joined the race! The grand finale of the event took place at the Interactive Cares Learning Centre, where the top finalist teams presented their projects live.

The competition was held in four phases: Idea Submission, Bootcamp (training and feedback), Semi-Final (Presentation), and finally, the Grand Finale, where the final pitch presentations took place.

After weeks of preparation, mentoring, and evaluation, eight promising teams made it to the finale. These teams showcased innovative ideas that addressed real-world problems and had the potential to bring positive change.

The grand finale was judged by a highly respected panel of professionals and industry leaders. The judging panel included Mark Anupom Mollick, Founder & Executive Consultant at Idean Consulting; Waliullah Bhuiyan, Co-founder and CEO of Light of Hope, Director at ToguMogu, and Founder of Goofi; and Sumit Saha, Founder and CEO of Learn with Sumit and Co-Founder & Managing Director at Analyzen. The event also featured a special guest speaker, Syed Tahmid Zaman, Managing Director and CEO of Best Electronics, who shared valuable insights on innovation, leadership, and the power of youth-driven ideas.

The finalist teams included BRACU ALTER, Veni Vidi Vici, Team Bhorosha, Game Theory 2.0, Pangash Tank 21.0, Team BACKLASH, Team Prometheus, and Rentlers. After the final pitch session, BRACU ALTER was declared the Champion and awarded BDT 80,000. Veni Vidi Vici became the 1st Runner-Up, winning BDT 40,000, while Team Bhorosha secured the 2nd Runner-Up position with a prize of BDT 30,000. The total prize pool for this year's event was BDT 1,50,000. If the finalists dream of transforming their ideas into startups or businesses, Interactive Cares will be there to support them.

IDEA INNOVATION 5.0 once again demonstrated that young minds in Bangladesh possess the power to bring about transformative change through creativity and innovation. With strong mentorship, real-world challenges, and industry exposure, the event created a platform where students could turn ideas into impactful action. Interactive Cares is already gearing up for IDEA INNOVATION 6.0, inviting all aspiring changemakers to join the movement and build the future together.
