Bangladesh receives US$1,194m remittance in 13 days of July

Expatriate Bangladeshis sent around US$1094 million remittances during the first 13 days of July in the fiscal 2025-26.

This amount reflects a daily average remittance of $91.85 million sent by the expatriates during the period, according to the latest data of Bangladesh Bank (BB) issued.

During the same period last year, the country’s remittance inflow was US$979 million, it added.
