Indian LoC projects won’t be cancelled abruptly: Salehuddin

Ongoing projects under the Indian Line of Credit (LoC) will not be discontinued, Finance Adviser Dr. Salehuddin Ahmed has reassured.

He emphasised that these LoC projects are essential for the economy, and cancelling them is a very sensitive matter.

"I am proceeding carefully and will not cancel these projects abruptly," he added.

He told reporters on Wednesday after a meeting of the Advisory Council Committee on Government Purchase at the Secretariat.
