BD to participate at World Skills Competition in Russia

Bangladesh is going to participate at the World Skills Competition to be held in Russia in next year.

WorldSkills is the collective voice for skills excellence and development in vocational, technological and service oriented careers around the globe.

National Skills Development Council (NSDC) will organise selection events to select national talents who will represent the country at the global competition at Kazan from August 22 to 27 next year.

NSDC authorities informed that the programme schedule for divisional and national selection will be announced soon.

The trades (categories) have already been published on the website. There are three categories in the competition are: Software Solution for Business (bit.ly/2nGAMJr), Information Networking Cabling (bit.ly/2MgFUCB) and Design and Development(bit.ly/2ODqPrk).

Registration is available online at nsdc.gov.bd/risingstar/registration, said a statement.
