The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT), the central bank of Turkey, has lifted its year-end inflation forecast to 8.4 per cent from 7.9 per cent previously.
The CBRT Governor Murat Cetinkaya also said on Monday that the bank has stuck to its 2019 forecast of 6.5 per cent, reports Reuters.
Cetinkaya said this while speaking at the bank’s regular.
