bKash and Bishwo Shahitto Kendro jointly distributed books among the students of 25 schools in Chattagram City Corporation recently.
Major General Sheikh Md Monirul Islam (retd), Chief External & Corporate Affairs Officer of bKash handed over the books to the students at a book distribution programme at Theater Institute, Chattagram.
Noted writer & journalist Abul Momen and Chief Revenue Officer of Chattagram City Corporation Dr. Muhammad Mustafizur Rahaman were present on the occasion.
bKash is associated with the book reading programme since 2014 and has provided around 178,000 books so far including this year’s 38,000 books, said a statement.
