BUFT PR head Atikur receives `Special Award 2018’

Md Atikur Rahman, head of public relations officer of BUFT, has received ‘Special Award 2018’ for his outstanding performance in PR management and higher education in the country.

The `Education Watch Magazine’ handed over the special award at an award giving ceremony which was held at Bangladesh National Museum’s poet Sufia Kamal Auditorium in the capital recently.

The Magazine has also given the award to some professionals for their special contribution in the field, says a media release.

Professor Dr A N M Meshkat Uddin, vice chancellor of South East University, handed over the award to the Head of public relations officer of BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology.

Prof Dr Md. Akhtaruzzaman, vice chancellor of Dhaka University, joined the function as the chief guest while K M Khairul Bashar, chairman of the Education Watch Magazine, was also present.

Professor Dr. ANM Meshkat Uddin, vice chancellor of the South East University,  Nizam Chowdhury, senate member of the DU and also the chairman of NRB Global Bank Ltd, along with Shabnam Shehenaj Chowdhury, VP of Evans Group, and others media personals, were also attended in the event.
