CISB signs MoU with Nova Scotia Dept of Education Ministry, Canada

Canadian International School Bangladesh (CISB) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Nova Scotia Department of Education Ministry, Canada.

The MoU signing ceremony took place at Radisson Blue Hotel, Dhaka, on Monday, reads a press release.

The Mou will help CISB students get admitted directly in any Canadian university as well as in renowned universities in many countries across the world.

State Minister for Education Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel attended the ceremony as the chief guest while former director, International Program, Dr. Vera Garrison Croshe, and director, International Program, Education and Early Childhood Development of Nova Scotia, Jerry Thibew, were present as special guests.

Shirin Akhter MP, Angella Dark, councillor and senior trade commissioner of Canadian High Commission in Dhaka, Md. Kamal Uddin, chairman of Canadian International School Bangladesh, Shirin Jahan, CEO, and Jenis Smells, principal, were also present on the occasion.

Later, the guests unveiled a memorandum of the Pre-University Studies Programme of CISB at the end of the signing ceremony.
