DWGS dept of Rokeya University observes seventh founding anniversary

The Department of Women and Gender Studies (DWGS) of Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur (BRUR) has celebrated the seventh founding anniversary on the university campus.

They organised the celebration programme at the Kobi Hayat Mahmud Building in the university around 10:00am on Monday, according to a media release.

Prof Dr Nazmul Ahsan Kalimullah, Vice Chancellor of the Begum Rokeya University, Rangpur, was present at the function as the chief guest.

Assistant Professor Md. Delwar Hossain, Head of the Department of Women and Gender Studies, Assistant Professor Md. Humayun Kabir, Assistant Professor Mir Tamanna Siddika, Lecturer Kuntala Chowdhury, and students of different batches, were also joined the event.
