Professor Rezaul appoints as Chairman of Chattogram Education Board

Professor Rezaul Karim, Director of the Secondary and Higher Education Directorate Chattogram Region, has been appointed as the chairman of the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Chattogram.

The Ministry of Education issued an order on Tuesday appointing the new chairman of the Chattogram Education Board (CEB).

He will replace Narayan Chandra Nath, who has been serving as the acting chairman of the education board.

Rebecca Sultana, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Secondary and Higher Education Wing, Government College Unit-2, signed the notification.

Rezaul Karim, a BCS (General Education) cadre officer, has been posted on his own pay and scale until further order, the notification said.

Talking to BSS Prof Rezaul expressed his hope and said that he can discharge his new responsibilities well with the cooperation of all concerned for the development of the country’s education.
