Poriborton Foundation just celebrated the International Day of Happiness 2021 in their own unique way, by sharing happiness with the underprivileged children of Rayer Bazar, Dhaka on March 20. The organisation collaborated with Sugar Rush Cupcakery and Just Cake Things to facilitate their purpose. Sugar Rush Cupcakery delivered their cupcakes to all the wellwishers of Poriborton Foundation. And Just Cake Things took the initiative to distribute the cupcakes among the underprivileged children. The teams spent a full day dancing, singing and celebrating the birthday of a girl named Nazifa.

The date also happens to be the day when Poriborton started their journey as a foundation. Their mission is to spread happiness and bring positive change by working unitedly to find ways of supporting vulnerable individuals in diverse communities to help them achieve their full potential.

It also aims to find innovative ways to empower the youth to bring social changes. The founder of Poriborton Foundation Barrister Ahsan Bhuiyan said, “We built this platform with the aim of mobilising a movement for positive change. We want to help address social issues of inequality, discrimination and vulnerability while strengthening communities and envisioning a world that is better. I call upon everyone to work together and help in bringing ‘Poriborton’ (change) in the world around us.”

National cricketer Mushfiqur Rahim sent a heartwarming video message expressing his support and well wishes for Poriborton Foundation, which was posted on his official Facebook page.
