Xiamen University Malaysia offers meritorious Bangladeshi students full scholarship

Xiamen University Malaysia (XMUM) offers 100 Bangladeshi students, who attained good results in the secondary and higher secondary exams, full scholarships.
President of XMUM Prof Wang Ruifang recently at a programme said that for 2023, 100 full-tuition scholarships will be awarded to Bangladeshi students who have achieved GPA of 5.00 both in the SSC and HSC, said a press release.
He said the university authority eagerly welcomes meritorious Bangladeshi students to pursue higher education with the institution.
For those seeking to pursue further studies in other countries after completing undergraduate programmes at XMUM, the university could also serve as the stepping stone to some of the best universities in the world, according to the release.
XMUM has a 150-acre campus in Sepang, Selangor. Its parent university in China, Xiamen University (XMU) was founded by Tan Kah Kee in 1921 and is known as the “strength of the south” in China.
