Rains, thundershowers likely in parts of two divisions

Bangladesh Meteorological Department predicted rainfall and thundershowers in parts of Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in 24 hours commencing 9:00 am on Sunday.

“Rainfall or thundeshowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely at one or two places over Chattogram and Sylhet divisions,” said a Met office bulletin, according to a UNB report.

Weather may remain mainly dry, with a temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere in the country.

Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may rise by (1-2)°C over the country. Seasonal low lies over the South Bay.
