Role: Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities: 

• Communication with customers.
• Discussion with the factory responsible based on the necessity.
• Maintain effective communications with every concerned department.
• Maintain all booking (material) related issues.
• Maintain/monitor Sample and BULK Progress Management.
• All Seasonal development follow-up.
• Product development.
• Fabric development .
• Collaboration with design studio and R&D team.

Requirements:

• BSc in Textile from any reputed university.
• Skills Required: MS Office
• Experience Requirements: At least 4 years (s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knit garments, merchandising, garments. 

Additional Requirements: 

• Age at least 26 years.
• Both males and females are allowed to apply.
• Work experience with Champion buyers will get preference.
• The incumbent should have at least 3 years of work experience in merchandising with large knit garments.
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
• Positive work ethic and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teawork.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Location: Gazipur, Narayanganj, Dhaka (Tejgaon). 

Salary: Negotiable.
