Students of Kabi Nazrul Government College and Suhrawardy College attacked Dr. Mahbubur Rahman Mollah College (DMRC) in Demra, Dhaka. They vandalised the college building.
Later, the two sides clashed in separate incidents. Law enforcement officials fired tear gas to bring the situation under control.
The clash began around 12 noon on Monday (November 25). The clash is still ongoing as of 2.00 pm till the filing of this report.
The students of Mahbubur Rahman Molla College have finally entered the college and closed the main gate. While students of Nazrul and Suhrawardy Colleges are throwing bricks and stones at the college from outside.
