Synesis IT, Bangladesh's leading ICT and e-Governance, Tele-Health and Call Center solution services provider has recently achieved ISO 27001: 2013 certification.
In many cases, users' personal information is used as a product due to the increasing number of people connected to the Internet, including social media. In that case, ensuring the security of information has become a very important issue. Synesis has been working very hard on this and has gained this recognition.
The certificate was handed over by Mr. Saiful Islam Manik (Consultant Training and Accounting Department-American and Canadian Consultant) to Mr. Shohorab Ahmed Chowdhury, Managing Director, Synesis IT. Mr. Md. Harun-ur-Rashid, Director, Synesis IT was present on the occasion.
Chief Executive Officer of Synesis Health and Public Health Specialist Dr. Nizam Uddin Ahmed; GM and Head of Department (Business) Mr. Tanvir Alam; Project Manager Mr. Md. Noor A Alam and senior officials and employees of Synesis IT were also present on the occasion.
In this regard, Mr. Shohorab Ahmed Chowdhury, Managing Director, Synesis IT, said, “Synesis IT has been working and tried to follow the international data security management framework since its inception. We have achieved this recognition in its continuity. This has been made possible by the tireless work of all the staff and team members of Synesis IT. I congratulate everyone on this success. I hope that this success will continue in the future as well.”
It is to be noted that Synesis IT has already implemented several of the most important projects in the country using their solid security management framework and has been managing information and cybersecurity continuously till now. Among such projects are BTRC's "Central Biometric Verification and Monitoring Platform", NBR's "E-TIN" and A2I's "ekpay" service.
Synesis IT has previously been recognized by CMMI Level 3 certification in recognition of international standard capabilities in software development.
