Role: Production Executive (Video Creator)

Job Responsibilities :

• Your primary responsibility will be to shoot videos for 10 Minute School’s Promotional Content. As a member of the Media Team, you will work closely with the Content Team, Marketing Team & Instructors to understand the content they want to share and to propose an angle that evokes something meaningful in each content.
• Also, as a Content Creator, you will be in charge of revising other 10 Minute School content. You will provide other writers with feedback and ensure that their work adheres to 10 Minute School’s standards for Advertising and Content.
• What does a Video Creator do at 10 Minute School?
• Plans & shoots exciting reels, short videos & documentaries according to market trends.
• Research the approach/methodology of different types of content according to the market trends.
• Understands 10 Minute School content and its position in our market.
• Oversees various Course Trailers & Promotional Content.
• Maintains excellent organization and communication with the Content Team, Copywriter Team, Marketing Team & Instructors.

Requirements:

• You have previous work experience creating content as a Cinematographer.
• You feel comfortable in high-performance projects with strict deadlines.
• You have experience in Digital Content Creation with various organizations, influencers & for yourself.
• You enjoy researching the background and creative process of various content.
• You can identify the complexities of each particular project and implement solutions to overcome them.
• You have an inherent curiosity for the visual arts and the creative process.
• You can paint pictures with your words and evoke inspiring thoughts with your writing.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the Content Creation process, from ideation to shooting & guiding the Editor to execute the final content.
• You have problem-solving skills, a sense of humour, and a good dose of flexibility.

It is a plus if:

• You have experience as a Video Editor or working in other audiovisual disciplines.
• You have experience in creating promotional or training videos.
• You have good research skills.
• You have good organizational skills and a mindset to share your skills & ideas to empower other Content Creators in your team.
