Name of the position: Executive, Content Quality Assurance

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing day-to-day operational/managerial tasks.
• Reporting and maintaining QAC project KPIs.
• Maintaining inter and intra-team coordination and timely follow-up with task-specific requirements.
• Coordinating stakeholder meetings with product owners to discuss relevant issues.
• Coordinating project progression with QAC content reviewers and content managers.
• Conducting QA surveys and audit meetings to obtain project-specific and content creator-specific feedback to be communicated to the relevant stakeholders

 Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Knowledge of current trends in the NCTB curriculum and relevant policy changes.
• Knowledge of Google Script, Latex, or relevant programming language (will be given preference)l
• Excellent interpersonal as well as leadership skills and ability to inspire and motivate.
• A strong display of proactivity, ownership, and responsibility.
• Proficient knowledge of Spreadsheet, PowerPoint, and Google Workflow.
• Strong written, and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Location: Mohakhali DOHS, Dhaka

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 BDT
