Role: Executive in MIS

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources, including databases, spreadsheets, google data studio, and other data systems.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to provide insights into business performance.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to data analysis processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Identify, furnish, and give 360 views of the customer life cycle.
• Organize and ensure the right time insights & information feeding for building and monitoring the overall business strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities and align the perspective insights for sales, distribution, product & customers.
• Continuously monitor data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Planning and implementing technology solutions to enhance telesales and customer experience operations.
• Maintaining and upgrading hardware, software, and networking systems
• Managing and maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy and security.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for process improvement.
• Ability to manage specific tasks to completion with minimal direction.
• Identify warm/quality lead bank through analysis and research.
• Sort data for Call, SMS/Callblast operation to the potential lead bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge in reporting & business analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, Big Query, Google Data Studio, Metabase, or other BI software
• Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis, clustering, and segmentation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with data modeling and ETL processes is a plus
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
