Job Responsibilities:

• Understand the Context of the business verticals that need to be catered to through the Dealer Network

• Managing, training, reporting and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory/area.

• Attaining category and Strategic Business Unit wise monthly Collection and Sales target.

• Monitoring the performance of the team and motivating members to meet or exceed organizational objectives.

• Basic understanding of Distribution basics of ROI, Revenue Model, Cost structure etc.
