Role: Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze samples to evaluate quality.
- Conduct analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, and finished goods.
- Analyze quality control test results and report interpretation to management.
- Monitor the performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments.
- Complete documentation needed to support testing procedures, including data capture forms, equipment logbooks, or inventory forms.
- Provide quality training to factory workers.
Requirements:
- BSc or MSc in Fisheries or Zoology.
- Experience: At least 4 years.
Additional Requirements:
- Age at least 28 years.
- Advanced knowledge of microbiology and quality control, laboratory tests.
- Work experience on European Union Authority food safety rules and regulations.
- Know about food safety compliance.
Job Location: Satkhira (Kaliganj).
Salary: Negotiable.
