ACI Animal Genetics is inlaid with the genetic improvement of cattle by providing superior merit germplasm (frozen semen) through an artificial insemination (AI) program.

Role: Product Manager, Personal System Group (PSG) / Relevant

Job Responsibilities:     

• Formulate strategies to boost sales and marketing programs and coordinate the implementation program.
• Assist in preparing appropriate promotional plans, strategies, and campaign programs for the product management team.
• Calculate and coordinate to maintain gross profit and update management from time to time.
• Maintain effective liaison with the concerns of different cross-functional departments of the company for smooth business running.
• Generate innovative ideas in changing and developing promotional strategies and programs.
• Develop and prepare product manuals and training manuals for the assigned products.
• Build a strong relationship with the livestock department's high officials and key customers.
• Maintain continuous communication with bull station personnel and monitor production and supply situations.
• Provide technical services to customers such as dairy farmers, AI workers, and the sales force.
• Participate in livestock assistant and dairy farmers' meetings.
• Collect and analyze competitors' information to gain a competitive advantage and ensure sustainable business growth.

Requirements: 

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM).
• Experience: At least 1 year.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements: 

• Age at most 35 years.

Job Location: Gulshan, Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
