Role: National Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies and plans to achieve the company's sales targets and objectives, and increase sales revenue.
Design annual sales budget and determine the allocation of resources; monitor adherence to budget and optimal utilization of resources for the sales team.
Develop and implement effective sales processes, policies, tools, and systems to streamline operations and enhance sales productivity.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
Set clear sales targets and performance objectives for the team and ensure they are met or exceeded.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners and identify opportunities to expand the distribution network and optimize sales coverage across different regions.
Monitor the effectiveness of sales strategy and distribution channels and recommend courses of correction for optimization.
Ensure zone-wise profitability.
Closely work with the leadership team to identify and implement solutions to drive process efficiencies.

Requirements:

Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from any reputed national/international institute.
Experience Requirements: At least 15 years (s).

Additional Requirements:

Age at most 45 years.
At least 15 years of relevant work experience from any leading FMCG company and at least 1 (one) year of experience in a similar role.
Very good at communication, Analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Capability to work with premium brands.
