Role: Customer Relationship Management Manager

Job Responsibilities:     

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
• Develop and implement personalized customer engagement plans.
• Handle customer complaints and professionally resolve conflicts.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Provide customer insights to support sales planning and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and provide insights to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role in the retail industry.
• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant Filled 
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
