Role: Service Engineer and Junior Service Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily dealer operations of service and parts sales.
• Monitor dealers, authorized service centres, mechanics, and parts shop operations to ensure optimum customer service.
• Communicate with the head office and quality assurance teams regarding product quality, warranty claims, critical operations, service marketing activities, and daily service activities.
• Work on continuous product development and overcome major critical failures.
• Maintain communication and relations with local technicians, dealers, and other agents to know the market situation and analyze similar industry activities.
• Ensure service and spare parts availability at customer's doorsteps.
• Visit fields frequently to ensure customer, field forces, and dealers' satisfaction.
• Plan and organize service marketing campaigns and assist marketing and sales teams in campaigns and events.

Requirements:

• BSc/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute.
• Skills Required: Good communication skills.
• Experience Requirements: At least 4 years (s).
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Automobile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobiles.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 24 to 32 years.
• Must be able to drive a motorcycle.
• Passionate about responsibilities.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Strong communication and social skills.
