Role: Senior Territory Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- To achieve the sales target of the territory as per budget.
- To update the supervisor routinely about any market information, suggestions, or criticism related to the activity and results of the products.
- To develop dealer networks and generate sales leads for the lubricants business.
- To make routine visits to all potential fields to ensure the availability of products.
- To ensure proper product detailing to the customers and dealers.
- Visit the dealers frequently to ensure the sales are as per budget.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to supervisors.
- To support marketing teams in organizing events and promotional activities.
- Organize dealer's briefing sessions as required.
- To perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:
- Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
- Having relevant work experience/ industry exposure, especially in Lubricants will get privileges.
- Experience Requirements: At least 2 years (s).
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Relations, Lubricants Industry, Sales, and Marketing.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 24 to 32 years.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle (Must have a valid driving license).
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Be able to cope with pressure and work environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.
Salary: Negotiable.
