Role: Sr. Executive and Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Manager, Credit Monitoring to develop audit plans and schedules.
• Identify key areas and processes for audit, focusing on invoicing and payment procedures.
• Visit Customer locations and respective showrooms to conduct field audits.
• Review financial records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify the compliance of invoicing and payment processes with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies, irregularities, or potential issues.
• Maintain detailed audit documentation, including work papers, evidence, and findings.
• Prepare and maintain organized audit files for reference and reporting purposes.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Graduation from any discipline.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobiles.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 35 years.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with internal teams and customers.
• Proficiency in using credit analysis tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to credit and collections.
• Only males are allowed.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable.
