Role: Product Manager, Personal System Group (PSG) / Relevant

Job Responsibilities:     

• Sourcing & Developing of World class products as per market demand and company goal.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use insights to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
• Define product requirements based on customer feedback and market research.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable development plans.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
• Drive product messaging, positioning, and sales enablement activities.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product enhancements.
• Act as a customer advocate within the organization. Define key metrics for product success and track performance against goals. Use data-driven insights to optimize product features and user experience.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and achieve the target, ensuring the quality of standard.
• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary for the store.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules as per requirements.
• Any other job assigned by the management as and when required.

Requirements:

• Graduated from a reputed university with honours or a master's degree.
• Expert in Microsoft Word and Excel software. Knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite, and Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years.
• Analytical and Decision-making ability, Competitors Analysis, Critical and analytical thinking, Market Research and Analysis, Problem-solving and decision-making, Strong communication and presentation skills.

Job Location: Dhaka.

Salary: Negotiable.
