Role: Warehouse Executive
Job Responsibility
- Ensure the quality of materials received meets the requirement and is according to the specifications.
- Check the physical existence of material in the stock room according to a/c 100/1.
- Deliver materials to the Production department according to prescription.
- Maintain the lowest possible level of dead stock.
- Maintain neatness and cleanliness in the storage area for materials and sequence of similar or allied items in the racks keeping conformity.
- Make plans for materials against freezing according to their category.
- Efficiently manage 3rd party warehouse and vendors, vehicles, and labour.
- Ensure daily stock reconciliation and circulate the correct stock and requirements to all key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with sales, merchandising, procurement, production, ABU, MIS, Finance, and VAT to ensure smooth Logistics operations.
- Ensure daily monitoring, management, and control of slow-moving and aged merchandise removed from the CDC & warehouse to coordinate with merchandising and Procurement.
Requirements:
- Business Graduate/ MBA
- Key skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, Excellent team player, Ability to work under pressure as an individual and team, Excellent interpersonal skills, Adaptation capability.
