Role: Officer and Asst. Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating a strong proficiency in various print techniques and successfully executing samples for multiple buyers.
• Coordinating and managing shift-wise printing production in alignment with the production plan, including overseeing the pre-production design section, engraving, lab, color kitchen, and RandD for running sample programs.
• Formulating printing paste recipes and ensuring the appropriate and safe use of chemicals.
• Overseeing the entire production process, from Sample/Counter sample/Gold seal/SMS/First bulk printing to full finishing, while ensuring adherence to quality standards until bulk production.
• Monitoring and maintaining the smooth operation of the color kitchen and printing section to facilitate efficient production.
• Meeting production targets with a focus on maintaining standard quality and adhering to buyers’ requirements and testing parameters.
• Identifying fabric faults before production and promptly notifying the line manager.
• Minimizing fabric wastage and achieving production targets with improved quality measures.
• Ensuring fabric quality during finishing processes.
• Verifying and adjusting finishing recipes and optimizing chemical usage.
• Ensuring timely delivery by monitoring the fabric Time of Delivery (TOD) and taking necessary actions to meet deadlines.
• Consistently achieving production targets while upholding the required quality standards.
• Collaborating with In-charge, Supervisors, and Operators to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Thoroughly inspecting each batch's shade and ensuring compliance with all buyers' quality requirements.
• Effectively managing and leading workers, ensuring they fulfill their duties efficiently.
• Analyzing problematic fabrics and maintaining records and reports related to fabric production.
• Handling specific buyers assigned by the line manager and communicating with buying houses on fabric color and quality-related issues.
• Implementing production plans through effective follow-up on printing and finishing concerns to meet delivery targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Sc In Textile Engineering from AUST/ BUTex/KUET having major in Wet Processing Technology and Fabric Manufacturing Technology with a CGPA of 3.00 or above.
• Female Candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Candidates applying for the Officer Position should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the All Over Printing Industry, preferably from a reputed company.
• Team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated, and result-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Well, conversant in MS Office.
• Willing to stay at the factory site.

Job Location: Gazipur.

Salary: Negotiable.
