• To support BP/reporting managers in resolving complex employee relations issues.

• To assist in conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.

• To maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements for day-to-day activities, reduce legal risks, and ensure regulatory compliances.

• To partner with the legal department as and when required.

• To provide HR policy guidance and interpretations.

• Business graduate from any well-reputed university.

• Preferably 2 years of relevant experience.
