Role: Regional Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly achievement of primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets.
  • Ensure retail footprint and brand visibility at best hotspot/strategic/Crowded locations.
  • Ensure strategic plan on retail selection, standard distribution setup, and quality people management considering skillset.
  • Share quarterly plan to supervisor on activation target, personal initiatives, and support requirements.
  • Get market insights in different ways and send the market report to management from time to time.
  • Ensure standard ROI for distributors - analyzing and balancing volume, operational cost, investment, quality DSR, manager, and logistic support.
  • Ensure performing ASM / STM / TM / Distributors / DSR through continuous on-the-job training.
  • Provide different market insights to supervisors/management for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure installation of TAT and FR TAT as per the provided timeline to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
  • Plan and execute different administrative activities of the regional sales team and communicate HO accordingly whenever required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Customer Relations, Relationship Management, sales and Distribution, Target Oriented.
  • Experience Requirements: At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, and Telecommunication.

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 35 to 45 years.
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply.
  • Business acumen, People management, Problem Solving Skills, Communication Skills, and Motivational skills.

 

Job Location: Barisal, Dhaka, Sylhet, Bogura (Bogura Sadar).

Salary: Negotiable.
