Role: Garment and Textile QA Technologist

Job Responsibilities:

• The candidate should have equal knowledge of Garment Manufacturing, Merchandising as well as Fabric. He should have washed Quality Assurance Knowledge. 
• Researching and sourcing new synthetic fibres and fabrics
• Knowledge about fibres, yarns, and fabrics testing (like strength, colour fastness, crease, pH, Listing, shade variation, etc.)
• Have to find out the root cause for problematic final garments. 
• Should have sewing and washing Ideas according to the base of fabric construction and wash type.
• Working with designers to make sure garment design is suitable for production.
• Working with pattern graders to size pre-production garments and advising cutters and machinists on making up samples.
• Checking and approving sample garments and making necessary changes, including correcting faults.
• Making sure garments can be produced within budget.
• Visiting clothing factories to check on the process and advise the responsible person.
• Making sure garments are delivered on time and in good condition and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Engineer with Fabric or Garments Manufacturing Major.

Additional Requirements:

• Age 30 to 40 years.
• Only males are allowed to apply.

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable.
