Role: Assistant Architect in Construction Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare details working drawing with specifications and information etc.
• Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
• Making perspective (3D) view and animation of building/structure.
• Build landscape, architectural, and display models.
• Organize a complete set of drawings and supply them to the implementation unit.
• Make necessary modifications, if any, considering the site requirements.
• Prepare drawings for different Govt. and Local Authorities for approval.
• Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information and drawing in written or electronic/magnetic form.
• Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs with architectural design solutions.
• Operate computer-aided drafting equipment or conventional drafting station to produce designs, working drawings, charts, forms, and records.
• Prepare the as-built design of completed projects.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the program's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote, and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Architecture from any recognized University/ Institute
• Experience Requirements
• At least 2 years (s)
• Additional Requirements
• Auto cad 2D and 3D Max, Animation
• Effective Communication
• Knowledge of RAJUK and Other design approval authorities’ rules and regulations.
• Design Standards.
• Dealing with a complex environment
• Facilitating and encouraging open communication in the team
• Informed and transparent decision making
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team and to develop networks and collaborations accordingly.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related Architectural farms.
